Receive constitutional documents, form a founding board (3-5 members), and incorporate your entity as a Not-for-Profit (NFP).

Secure Funding and Begin Operations
Obtain local funding and initiate the transfer of Intellectual Property (IP) along with training and capacity building from CI-ISAC International.

Establish Global Integration and Support
Receive ongoing support to ensure self-sustainability, and connect your sovereign CI-ISAC to the global federated data-sharing system.
